The Director of Operations oversees daily operations, including the operations team members.
This team member leads and develops the operations team, hires/trains/onboards new team
members, runs practice management and workflow and HR tasks (payroll, benefits, team
meetings, etc.).
Responsibilities
The compensation for this role is $90,000-$110,000 base salary with the below benefits

meetings, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Assess and streamline SOPs/Consistence/Efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day ops, including managing workflow, monitoring client requests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for operational tasks
- Collaboratively work with Lead Advisors on operational and client needs, including calendar management and delegation of tasks through their emails
- Management and leadership of client service, including staffing, training and development of new team members. Developing a team of ops associates.
- Implement operational policies and procedures for Longwise
- Liaison between advisors and operations associates to make decisions on operational activities (make sure things are running smoothly) and setting goals
- HR duties: Benefits, Payroll, Schedules for Traction/Trips/Retreats, Compensation (Advisor Compensation, Profit Share, Bonuses)
- Consistent knowledge of NM, where we are at, any new updates/changes, compliance updates, associate builder, town hall attendance, etc.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and increase profitability.
- Run the hiring/team onboarding process and help team with interviews, job descriptions, etc.
- 2 Years as Senior Associate or 4 years related experience
- CO Health & Life, Series 7 and Series 63 are completed.
- Proof successfully hired & developed other associates
- 25% Developing Team Members
- 5% Operational Tasks
- 50% Practice Management
- 20% HR Duties
The compensation for this role is $90,000-$110,000 base salary with the below benefits
- $10,200 annual stipend for health, dental, and vision insurance
- Profit Share eligibility with a 6-12 month waiting period, depending on when hired. Calculation is based on profit, base salary, and tenure. There is a cash component and a Long-Term Incentive component to the compensation plan. This typically ranges from 15-40% of your base salary in cash awards.
- 60% LTDI, up to $7,000/m
