The Wealth Management Associate supports Friday Wealth's senior advisors in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning solutions. This role serves as a key operational and planning support partner, working closely with advisors to manage client servicing activities, investment-related administrative processes, and financial planning preparation. The position offers hands-on exposure to wealth management and financial planning while providing a strong development path within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and case notes.
- Manage client follow-up communications and service requests.
- Coordinate and monitor insurance underwriting requirements.
- Assist with investment account paperwork, documentation, and trade-related activities.
- Support advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in gathering financial information and preparing planning materials.
- Participate in the financial planning process through research, analysis, and plan preparation.
- Work collaboratively with advisors and operations staff to ensure a high level of service.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent).
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Knowledge of insurance products, investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management operations
- 1-2 years of professional experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a related field.
- The firm reimburses initial licensing exam and registration fees upon successful completion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 annually
- Candidates with additional experience or licensing may qualify for higher compensation.
